Varicose veins? Weight loss surgery?
I have very bad varicose veins on one of my legs. I have a appointment with a specialist but that could take 8 plus months. I’m wondering if anyone that has lost weight seen. Improvement. Or has anyone got treatment and seen great results?

High protein but low calorie?
I need more snack ideas & meal ideas for foods high in protein and low in calorie. I’m having a hard time fitting it in my day while still staying within my calories. I drink protein powder, eat meat, nuts. I know egg whites are pretty low calorie but I’m not a huge fan of eggs. Help!

Anyone else get irritated when they see people lose weight super fast.

Something that has really helped me lose weight is by making something that was high calorie into a healthier low cal version! Some of my favourites is my pizza. How many calories are really in my bacon
So I eat two slices of bacon for 180 calories.. I cook mine in the oven and on a rack so the fat drips off. I heard that the calories are including all the fat but I’m not eating that so I’m confused 🤷♀️

Favourite chicken recipe
Chicken breast cut in half. Soften light cream cheese, mix canned or fresh jalapeños with cream cheese and spread over chicken breasts top with some light mozzarella cheese & even some bacon if you want. This is seriously so low in calories and so satisfying! I just serve some veggies on the side and it’s amazing!
