    yes, great filler for those of us who like to eat lots of "volume".

    i eat it more like "rice" with curry or chili so far.

    It's different but not bad. Not like real pasta but like a gelatinous noodle, it's another type of vehicle and filler for sauces.

    Than zucchini noodles? Different. I like zucchini since I can get a veggie in at the same time and it's got more "bite". Try it out, see how you like it.

    If you are near an Asian grocer, keep an eye out for 'Shirataki' noodles, too. I think some stores (Whole Foods?) carry 'Miracle Noodles', which are made of the same stuff. Konjac blocks & noodles are great for adding volume for little calories and satisfy you. I prefer them in soups or as a pad thai noodle.

    Tried it, could not handle the texture or smell. Seems like others like it, so probably just me and my weird tastes haha.
