I track my calories as well as making sure I’m getting enough healthy fats & lots of protein. Make sure I’m drinking lots of water. Moving more, having at least 3 active days a week. Avocados, I can eat them but would prefer not too.. cottage cheese. Most fish.. whole wheat pasta.. I just can’t do it.. so I tend to eat more rice & potatoes.

I love kodiak cakes. With light whipped cream. I love egg whites & turkey bacon or sausages. Oatmeal. Two slices of little big bread with light cream cheese. Greek yogurt with nuts and berriers. Some of my personal favourites obviously I make small changes to them depending on my hunger level or cravings

I eat a lot of yogurt & beef sticks and jerky! But maybe I’ll try to add canned tuna!!

Coffee creamer, beer or other canned liquor beverages, nuts, bananas I find are pretty high calorie compared to other fruit, ichi ban noodles, butter chicken. Those are my some of my favourites I still fit in just smaller portions

I weigh weekly, I use to weigh biweekly but found that I lost focus a bit. I also weigh on Friday so I can see how much slack I should give myself over the weekend.

Omg this is so weird I recently just started taking magnesium and I literally can’t sleep at all. I thought it was stress but maybe I’ll stop taking it for awhile and see if it helps.

I try to cook from scratch as much as possible, & I find that tends to help. I also make smoothies quite often with spinach, kale, protein powered, berriers, banana. I also literally cram as many veggies into meals as possible. I find it’s hard for me to eat enough protein. But I’ve been trying to eat more egg whites…

I’m currently 196 & wear a large in most tops & size 12-14 in jeans. When I was 210 pounds I wore a extra large in tops and size 14 in jeans. & thank you I have been enjoying my journey it’s just hard sometimes to embrace that my journey will be longer. But I also want to make sure I can maintain this lifestyle forever. It’s a balance of wanting the weight off but not wanting to make my miserable doing it..

I eat around 1400-1600 calories. I’m 5’7 not super active but slowly trying to become more active. Technically I can eat up to 1800 and still lose half a pound a week. & sometimes I eat 1800 if I’m super active that day or just having a off day where I’m super hungry! I have about 30-45 pounds left to lose!

I really try to replace foods I crave for a healthier or lower calorie option. Also I try not to buy certain foods and bring them into the house so if I’m craving a chocolate bar or something so bad and my healthy replacement won’t fix it I have to leave the house. Breakfast - Homemade morning glory muffins with green smoothie. Lunch - turkey chilli Dinner - chicken noodle stir fry.
