Something that has really helped me lose weight is by making something that was high calorie into a healthier low cal version!
Some of my favourites is my pizza.
I use weight watchers bread. 50 cal a slice.
Pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and whichever toppings you want! Around 300 calories and so good!

I love jalapeño poppers so I often make jalapeño popper chicken breasts!
I serve some broccoli on the side yummy!

You may want to checkout this channel. Plenty of videos where the guy turns usually high calorie foods and makes a lower calorie version.

    Oil free potato chips.
Slice potatoes thin with a mandolin or food processor. Place in a single layer on a large plate lined with silicon baking paper or re-usable silicon mesh. Season (I like vinegar salt) and zap 6 minutes on high. Remove any potato slices that have turned golden brown. Zap stragglers carefully at 1 minute intervals because the margin between golden brown and burnt is quite narrow. When these cool they turn to a crisp.

Thank you! Can't wait to try this :)
