I'm vegetarian but I have never tried to limit carbs or fats specifically- my focus has always been on calories. I'm vegetarian, though I have never specifically focused on eating low-carb I have found that I need to use vegan protein powder to get my protein intake up. I'm in Australia and I use White Wolf vegan protein (vanilla flavour): 90 calories, 2.5 grams of carbs and 23.4 grams of carbs a scoop when made with water.

Quest bars have always been my best friend when i'm trying to lose weight! One keeps my hunger at bay for three hours and they taste delicious. The best one is the chocolate chip cookie dough flavour, especially if it's microwaved for about twenty seconds.

Its a bit different because the subliminal messages are played at a volume that your conscious mind can't here, it goes into your subconscious and music/rain sounds are played over the top. Its suppose to be better if you don't know the affirmations because there's less resistance from your conscious mind apparently.
