43 now and just starting to really care about my health. I want to feel younger and more active, so I started the Keto diet and walking 3 miles a day. I’m 23 lbs down and starting to feel like my old self again. ❤️‘n life

I’m smiling because I hit the 160’s on the scale this morning. I haven’t been in the 160’s in a long time. I’ve lost 23 pounds with the Keto diet and walking 3 miles a day. I have a little way to go to reach my goal but I’ll get there; one day and one step at a time.
