What else are you eating through out the day? Don't let yourself get to the point of being so hungry you cave for something bad. Eat healthy snacks frequently to keep yourself satisfied. I do... I'm still in the beginning stages of going to the gym. Even if I go there to stretch or go for a walk. It helps me stay in the habit of things:)

Thanks for the input so far! I love wearing shorts but when I'm doing squats if they aren't short enough they get in the way. I think I'm going to get some short spandex shorts and just be comfy:)
