  • Thanks! The only supplements I take are Xtend BCAAs and Whey Protien. I talked to my doc. They told me I’m perfectly healthy now that I have rested for 4 months. I drink over a gallon of water a day. I think I’ll do heavy slow/long marches in the beginning and gradually increase my pace.
  • I eat 1800 cal/day. Im losing about 1-2 ponds a week. If I don’t workout I’ll burn 1600-1800 cal/day. So, I make sure to burn at least 2300 cal/day to keep losing 1lb/week but most days I burn 2500-2700 cal/day. I’m 5’4 155lbs 23% body fat. I drink at least 125 oz water each day.
  • Like everyone said it depends on what your definition of cardio may be and what your goals are. For me, I run 2-4 miles before weight lifting but on some of my light/moderate days, so the focus is more on cardio than lifting. On heavy days, I’ll do an lncline walk for 30-40 mins easy just to decrease soreness the next day.…
