  • @comeonnow142857. My goal is to lose 40 lbs total. I am at 22 lbs after 3 months. My calorie range is 1000-1200 a day to lose 1-1.5 lbs a week. I stay near 1000 most days, with many days even less than that.
  • @gamerbabe14, my goals have always been 1 to 1.5 lbs a week since starting the program. They gave me 1000 to 1200 calories a day and I stay closer to the 1000 range most days.
