    I'm 63, I've lost 69 lbs since last March.you Definately Can do it, it's never too late!

    Congratulations to you, suzilla53 and you can do it, danitac. I'm 67 and I've lost 16 lbs. since January 1. I NEED to lose 25 or 30 more, would like to lose 35 more! So far this is really working for me. Just the awareness of what I eat and drink keeps me motivated. I will be going to my 50 year high school reunion in 2 months and want to look my best! I know I won't be at my goal by then but I'll be a lot closer.
