Yes it does but out of the 1430 I have only eaten 638 calories and still have 867 and that is with the exercise added. But I have drank plenty of water and have not felt hungry! But I think that is my problem 638 calories doesn't seem like a lot? So I should be losing weight. I don't think I'm eating enough but I try not…
