I agree with drinking when you're thirsty and watching the color of your urine but if you tend to not drink water until your noticing your urine being too dark you may need to have a goal of so many ounces per day, then it will become habit. How is everyone doing with their Feb resolutions? I am 3 pounds lighter this week than last and I made it through super bowl sunday without going rogue. Who else is having success or struggles...

I'm a huge fan of fasting. It resets your body and mind. Eating just to eat is why I've struggled. I dont regularly fast like you but it sounds like a good idea for me. I will typically fast after I've had a day where I've gone off the rails with food. It gets me right back on track.
