I really would not recommend using any of those fat blocking drugs. Side effects are horrible. I tried similar a one few years back and yes i lost a ton of weight but guess what. i put it all back on and more. It taught me nothing about healthy eating and lifestyle and how to maintain the weight loss when the drug isβ¦

why did he tell you to cut carbs?.

Grab a measuring tape and start to take some measurements. the days/weeks your not loosing weight you could be loosing inches.

Chicken, Turkey, Beef all lean of course are full of protein. Have a couple of protein shakes a day and that can add 20-40g of protein in to your diet daily. whats your protein target?.

currently at 2400 while cutting but finding it difficult some days. i may need to eat more calories.

Not too sound too harsh but you simply have to just make time. I work full time and i have a 3 year old son and a fiance. I get up at 5 AM every morning to get to get gym and work out before i go to work. Doing this allows me to not miss out on any family time. I actually have come to love my morning work outs!.

I suppose my main concern is not to loose any hard earned muscle mass in the process. So fat loss over weight loss.

Cheers for all the replies guys! At the minute I am mostly eating 3 meals and 2 snacks in between. All within my calorie deficit. Just curious to hear how other gets their calories in!

Have to admit i hate cardio. love lifting i never wake up not wanting to go to the gym when i am lifting. because of this it means it have gone 9/10 days with out a rest day at times. i hate missing a session!

Hey amazing transformation very inspiring! I'm currently at 298 started 326 and have been lifting about 3/4 months now. Any advice you could offer me regards lifting or nutrition since you have been on a similar journey.
