Long slow process indeed. At the OPs age. I stand by my first post

Ya. You would have to lose weight, then you would have to gain muscle. Very hard to do it at the same time. I'm not saying you can't have a toned body at all
-
Lol @ not to promote alcohol consumption. I stop drinking sodas to save those calories for beer. Anyway, try flavored sparkling water. There are a bunch out there. All zero calories, la Croix is just one great example

To lose fat and gain muscle, at the same time, at your age, you'd probably have to do steroids. Just letting you know your options

Vegan Barbeque? Oxymoron?
-
@JeromeBarry1 is right
-
Ahh .. eat more Tha 2000 Cal's a day then. If you're tired for no good reason, you'll probably have to see a doctor
-
Oatmeal.

O just gotta say it. The terminology that you use is all wrong. Try to not think that you're cheating, because you're not. You are not restricting yourself, you can go over your calories at any time You can eat twizzlers everyday and lose weight as long as you stay under your calories. You'll be incredibly sick, but you'll…

Yeah. Fiber is supposed to put you on that pot. Eat lots of lettuce, and greens. If you have the calories to spare, eat more fruit, and drink more water. Since you found that you have a little issue in this department, you might want to start logging your water, just to get your 8 glasses a day in.

Yah. Weigh the meat when it's done. Is that number

Damn the tras fat must be crazy. Think of the calories in a real Texas sized funnel cake - probably a weeks worth of calories
-
You need fats. Healthy or otherwise Fat in fish, avocado and coconut are the good fats IMO. They allow for the qbsorbtion of vitamin and minerals and they promote hormone secretion like testosterone. The bad fat IMO are trans fats. They're in food just to let the food last longer. They raise the LDL, which people call the…

It depends on your height and weight. You chose to give us 0 info on anything and you expect an answer

LMAO. You actually binged? Maybe, I have a different definition of binge. Anyway, it could depend on what your stats are. If you're a healthy muscular person, it may take a while to move the scale. ...and it's just been 7 days :|

Great advice from the people here. Log your food, even if you go off the rails with eating. But only you can decide if you want to continue.
-
Considering that you're losing more than normal, I say - Do nothing
-
Also, a lot of people over estimate their exercise calories, make sure you arnt doing that
-
Yoga. Great for balance and great for core. Also very difficult and will actually help with the back. Basic resistance training can help with the core. Also if you have good arm strength. Hanging can be good for your back
-
Bananas work great And remember that you can eat back your workout calories if you like
-
Mfp probably gave you a less aggressive way to get there
-
No info on your stats? What kind of injury? What workouts you like to do? ...so vague
-
I've never heard of these low carb bars. What do they have in them? Just fat and protein?
-
What are your stats?
-
2200 is a fine start. Eat back your exercise calories - of course be conservative when logging them If you want to stay aggressive recomp and around 200 lbs
-
Are you 70 lbs overweight or do you just want to lose 70 lbs? If youre 70 lbs over weight and you cosume just 1200 Cals a day, you could pass out. You could actually faint Because your body does not have the fuel to support your weight. Even though I don't know your stats. 1200 is the lowest and not only do most people…

Sounds like you're on a good track. Actually a fast track When you get down more in weight the lbs per week will probably slow down a bit too. So it depends on how low you want to go. I'm at just about .5 lbs per week, so you have that to look forward to

Lots of transfats in the scone Lots of good fats in the avocado
