You can recalculate depending on how aggressive you want to be. The amount you lose per week will start high and go down and average out. recalculating starts that process over again

I enjoy reading what the crash dieters are doing. You guys must really have no energy during the day. I'm 6'2. Maintain at 2300. I lose 1 lb at 1800

2200 is not gonna kill you. You may wanna eat the 2650 on your work out days. You sound like you're on a good track though, I'd say that the most important thing would be to log your calories and stay honest about it.

Beer is a no-no? I've been doing no-nos all this time. I'm guessing you're looking to lose weight If so food is about portion control and caloric intake

OP is going on the crash course. As a full grown adult you shouldn't be eating less than 1200 per day. So there is no wiggle room

Ahh ok. I think I understand it now. So when they're "on" and they do something "bad" they are "cheating". I've gone 1000s of calories over my allotted budget, logged all of it, but never thought of it as cheating. I guess when people think they are cheating it gives them an incentive to just say f-ck it and go crazy

If I were you, I'd enter my stats into MFP. Set the activity level for sedentary so you don't suffer when you're on your lazy days and just eat your allotted daily calories. Eat back your exercise calories and you'll be fine B)

If you want high protein, low carb, just cook some meat. Nothing complicated about that. If you walk a real quick meal (with carbs), I would suggest a stir fry

I drink and budget about 2 beers a night. Every month or so I go off the rails and go to a bar. I painfully log everything though

Are we supposed to guess if you would lose weight without actual numbers? No calorie numbers. No height and weight.. It's like saying if I walk 2 miles a day will I lose weight? The next question is Are you eating ice cream and bon bons 7 days a week.
