Do not worry about the macros. Worry about the calories. You are way low on the calories and you're not fueling your body enough. As a grown man you shouldn't be eating less than 1500 calories a day anyway.

Without knowing your measurements I'll say yes, it is possible. Just cut a leg off.

1200 is way too low right now. If I were you I'd start at around 1600 the recomp when you get about 20 lbs closer to your goal

Put your stats into MFC and see how many calories a day you should be eating. Then do that

Since you are athletic, I would go less that 1500 Cals a day, and don't be scared of losing just .5lbs a week either. You'll get to keep your muscles When you're in the normal range it's slow going

Gotta up those calories. 1100 at your height and weight probably isn't sustainable anyway. So you'll probably up them whether you want to or not

iMO at 300 lbs you should be eating more calories. But you're having fantastic results. When I started I lost weight quickly and during the week I didn't lose weight, I noticed my body changing. It'll probably take a little longer but I don't think it would hurt to get on a 2000 Cal diet

This is so normal. I feel like I was having this problem too. I'm trying to get to my ideal weight and I'm stuck with the last 5 or so pounds. Before I was losing about .5 pounds a week. Tighten up on your logging and just r qlize that it takes a little longer when you're in the normal range
