You might not see a difference but I and the others who have posted do. Great job! Keep going.

@LemonMarmalade For me it is now a tool to calm me down. I use excel and simply track my weekly weight. I use the average weekly loss to project the out dates. The green horizontal line is my desired weight. You should be able to see your own trends as you start tracking.
-
Green is Actual, Yellow is current week, Blue is projected given the average weight loss per week achieved and the Green horizontal line is my goal.

OMG that was funny, awesome. What is this GOOGLE thing you speak of - LOL!

Yes, starving is the only way to lose weight...hold on...I am not saying go a month without food and water starving. Calorie deficit no matter how and when you do it is starving. If your definition of starving is to deprive the body of calories that are required to maintain your current wait, then yes starving a little for…

I too do a 6 feeding 18 non-feeding schedule. I like breakfast so I eat at 7am and eat until 1pm. Many seem to prefer to skip breakfast. Whatever works for you. However, the benefit of IF is you give your body a chance to fully digest food, then get into using fat stores for fuel once your insulin levels drop. We all fast,…

I guess I am one of the rare ones you mention. That's the problem, I am learning, but few people will have the patience or will to help anyone these days/
-
@mph323 thats Awesome! Very funny....
-
Yikes! No idea what a duck filter is...wait while I search - lol.....
-
@Noel_57 Thanks Noel! I get it. I honestly (even though it is there right in front of my face) did not see the "search" feature. So I learned something new today! Nothing about ACV but something new. I am kidding I used a few links that were provided. Just what I needed.
-
Thanks @stella3838 I am new to the MFP boards so I guess I will not post until I search in the future.,
-
Thanks @anvilhead2 maybe I should have just asked for relative links or just not posted. I thought this community was here to help. I appreciate the links I went into them. It has certainly been discussed before. I am relatively new to the MFP and boards soooo..... I guess I am just p.... everyone off by trying to interact.
-
Thanks @janejellyroll I appreciate that! I feel bad and mad at the same time. I had no idea people would get upset.
-
I APOLOGIZE to everyone who is ticked off that I posted this, I had no idea the level of insensitivity some on these boards have. Why did you click into it if you already have seen a similar post? To shoot me a nasty comment, you could have just went onto another post. BUT no you chose to click in and blast me. Nice!
-
Jeez sorry @pinuplove
-
Thats my question? Its being marketed for a ton of uses and I am asking for your experience, if any...
-
@JaydedMiss & OP Low Carb, Low Fat, Paleo, Vegan, All Water (ok I made that one up and that would be pretty bad), it does not matter, what matters, is calorie deficit and ensure proper nutrients are being consumed. Everyone is different.
-
That made me laugh!
-
I love that chart! I choose a Low Carb and it works for me. But I am a bigger believer in the Cal in vs Cal out is the biggest determinant of weight loss. You then choose the means to get to a calorie deficit. Then everyone chimes in on why their way is the best, argue about it. Whole industries and products are produced…
-
Low carb is working for me!
-
Yes it is possible, but its not all fat, in fact most will be water. Your body will fluctuate greatly with water. 2 cups of water = 1 lb! So keep up what your doing.
-
here is a better way to look at it.

Anyone who says that fasting is a bad idea and you must eat throughout the day with snacks simply does not understand how the body works, we all fast everyday. Well night. During a fast is the only time for some people to tap into the fat reserves. So for weight loss intermittent fasting is a great tool. But man is it…
-
@PAV8888 that's because I also exercise so I am burning more on top of a 500 calorie deficit. I take in 1700 calories per day. And then any exercise on top of that is a bonus!
-
I am suggesting that whatever healthy daily calorie goal you set you still take that amount but in a shorter period of time for you to digest it and have your body then tap the fat reserve
-
That is awesome! And I 100% agree. I have been there and another lesson I have learned
-
@zyxst great thing is you already fast! That's why you eat breakfast. Don't have to do it as long as I do but try not eat anything after dinner
-
@ccsernica Well said - just prompting people eat real chicken, not chicken mcnuggets and dont listen to the pundits who preach it has to be organic grass fed chickens! Take care..
-
This is group is O.K. I guess.....just kidding everyone is awesome and I am here everyday
