I honestly cant tell you how many times I have tried this through the years. However I am back on and committed to losing this weight. Need to lose 65lbs. UGH, that number seems so unreachable. Well I have been checking in for a year and have bounced back and forth on weight. It is time to do this! Logging food is going to be key for me I think. Have a great day everyone!

Well I am back..took a couple months off and feel awful. However, I am headed back to the gym and tracking on MFP to get back on track. This over 40 weight loss is tough! The body responds so much slower:) Hope everyone is going great!

Feel free to add me. I need to lose about 70lbs. Some days it seems impossible so it is important we lean on each other when things get rough. No doubt we can get it done though!

Count me in! I am 44 (going to be turning 45 in July) and I have about 60 pounds to lose. I hit the gym about 5-6 days a week (mostly at 4am). I have 2 active kids and I am ready to shed this weight. The working out is going great but I have not been seeing much weight loss. Trying not to get discouraged.

So I did pretty good over the weekend which is surprising since I had a superbowl party. I am focused this week and looking to get my butt to the gym(as I didn't make it this weekend). Anyway, I hope everyone has a great week!

today was weigh in and I lost 3 pounds! woohoo. Tomorrow I start the gym. I love going but trying to find the time is the hard part. I hope everyone has a great day!

Hey, I am new to MyfitnessPal and not sure how to add people. Anyway, congrats on the 45 pound loss so far. Would you mind sharing how you did it? I am watching what I eat and now adding in the gym so am hoping for good results.
