I make a morning shake: 1c of milk, 1c of oats, 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1 scoop of protein powder, and 1banana. You can add peanut butter. It taste like a banana shake and it's like 1,146 calories. Well for me I've tried mass gainers before and they never helped. Plus they made me constipated. I prefer protein shakes better.

Lol I don't eat my food just plain. I add spices and stuff to it. I add BBQ sauce and yes I make pasta too and add Alfredo sauce lol. I make a regular delicious meal lol I just try to stick to what it says as like a structure. You can actually make a lot of different dishes.

Btw I eat 3000 calories a day. Sometimes I do skip a shake here and there or I leave the cliff bar out because I am already full but even with that I still meet 3000 calories and my last shake I drink around 10 before I go to bed. I also workout too. Zero cardio just lifting.

This is what I eat. The breakfast is crazy but I usually just keep everything raw and combine it with my protein shake upon wake. I started my transformation on January 9 at 5'3" and weighing 93lbs my all time low I needed to make a change. I started 12 week shortcut to size program completely free and comes with meal plan on bodyspace. As of today I weigh 97lbs. I am on week 4 of the program and so amped up.
