  • Hi Ken 180lbs 5'8 I just started the OMAD yesterday! I was doing the 18/6 method but the weight loss has come to a halt. I figured I would give this a try. I to suffer from a low thyroid problem. I was almost 200lbs then I came across intermittent fasting. I hope by trying this method will work better for me.
  • Take half of an avocado and spread it on toast with an egg on top. The other half use as a spread as well on toast,top it with some radishes,salt,pepper.
