  • im currently 152 pounds, but i dont do that much everyday i only go 4 times a week and on average burn around 5000-6000 calories a week but its the rest days where im finding im more hungry
  • i put it at 2lb a week to begin with but the calories just werent enough to work with for me so i lowered it to 1lb and it has been great i easily keep to my macros and i have enough energy to keep working as hard as i can at gym
  • I found that weighing yourself at different times leads to confusing data so now I only weigh myself first thing in the morning and just go by that one
  • was the treadmill until I hurt my leg now even months later I find after 1 or 2k it starts to hurt but recently my gym got 2 stair mills and I am loving them I have been slowly increasing my time on them now I finish my session by doin an hour on it and it burns tons calories
  • i like to use some of the extra calories I burn on my exercise days because I get to have meals that I couldn't normally on my off days, but I don't use all of them them I normally burn around 1300-1440 calories at the gym 4 days a week and I will use about 500-600 of them as extra food
  • on the days u can make it to the gym just do as much as you can, what with work and wife and 6 kids I cant make it every day but I do try to go 4 times a week and I make sure I work my *kitten* off when I am there

  • I always manage to be at a calorie deficit I mean today i have planned my meals and i am way below calories and fats but carbs are 11 over

  • I do 4 sessions a week Mon, wed, Friday and sunday and usually spend 2-2.5 hours a day, I do 300 calories on the bike then a few weight machines, 400 calories on the crosstrainer then more weights and then finish on the power mill until I cant move my legs lol usually around 600-700 calories
