My staple is carrots and broccoli, always steamed. To make it more interesting you could make a simple sauce. Lemon juice, crushed garlic, tiny bit of oil, mustard and a small bit of honey. My partner loves this

Lol I am just about living off Subway salads when I am away. I carry a bottle of low calorie salad dressing. And I make a vegetable soup to have on the train.

Thanks for the posts and the links. My milk intake is very low. Take coffee and tea black. So just a few glasses on the weekend of hot milk to help me sleep.

I am in. Did great with Dry January, but February has a few social functions. So mine is to drink on no more than 6 days. And I have already used 2 of those for my birthday. Plus I will exercise 4 times per week.

This came from a book and I eat it regularly. 50 gms of smoked salmon. Scrambled eggs from 2 eggs and 4 tbls of milk. Very filling and low carb
