30APR: 117.4. It's been shark week so even though I've cut a hard edge, I don't weigh during shark week. 02MAY: 114.6. I'm back under 115! I'm very pleased about that! That means I'll need another hard edge and woosh.

Awesome work everyone! And REMEMBER! The lower you get the smaller your deficit will be. You will slow down at some point. It's not the same as stopping. Keep working hard and being amazing. It's not one right decision, it's a series of right decisions!

Towards the end I ate 1200 calories per day. I tend to overdo the protein because it keeps me satiated longer. I use a food scale to ensure calorie count. Thank you! Both. I worked on my attitude towards food (sustaining the body vs comfort, entertainment). It struck me that I wanted 100% satisfaction from my meals (which is insane. I don't look for that from any other area of my life). I worked in better veggies (mine were bad) and really limited before bed snacking.…

Thanks everyone! My initial results didn't come with calorie counting, and came with generalized behavioral changes and took about eight months. The difference in the first set of photos took about three-four months.

Thank you! I'm (almost) 5'2". My starting weight was somewhere around 145lbs+ (I didn't track my weight at my highest). My weight at the second photo is 110 and the top photo I am about 105 lbs and working on maintaining.
