Finally was brave enough to post to Facebook. Went from 145+ to 108 at 5'2. In maintenance now.

I'm trying not to flood my FB (since not everyone likes hearing about diets), but I never thought I'd reach a point where I'd love my candids. I'm so lucky to have someone in my life willing to take surprise shots like that to help get my brain to see the weight loss that is happening.

I'm new to MFP. Over the last year I lost about thirty pounds without calorie counting. Now I'm to my last ten pounds and want to get stronger and more flexible so I decided to create an account to learn sustainable rules.
