Thanks for your opinions. No harm in bumping up the calorie intake. It's been a huge adjustment for me. Prior to this I obviously had bad eating habits (ate once a day around 5pm and sometimes late at night) and I didn't exercise. I'm now eating 3 meals a day, no snacking and iv gone from walking 2km a day to approx 6 -…

Thought I'd drop by with another update. Since I last updated, I got sick. I had the shingles. I continued to eat clean and as soon as I was feeling good I got back out exercising. Day 56 now and iv lost 2st and 1lb. Very happy with the results. I hope everyone is doing good. It is achievable if you put your mind to it.…
