I hated leg day for so long. Now it is my favourite day. I absolutely torture them and I am seeing the benefits of it now. I hate the pain of it afterwards as do my colleagues!

Day 1: Back at it. Changes I have made today. Introducing whey protein and ditched fitbit. Think fitbit had the opposite effect on me as it counted every step so I didn't go for the power walks as much.

I eat all day every day. From January 27th to current day I am down 72lbs. For two weeks when I started lifting heavier (two weeks ago), my weight loss stalled. I could barely exercise when I started. Small walks is how I started. When the distance got easier, I walked for longer. It definitely got much more enjoyable. In the beginning, I would eat 1200 and exercise approx 500 calories. I wasn't eating the exercise calories back initially but now I do eat most of them back.
