Fitbit exercise help
Hi, I am using mfp and fitbit. Should I log strength training and swimming into my fitness pal or fitbit. If I put it into either, do they link up? When i have logged it into fitbit in the past, it doesn't go onto mfp and I don't see a change in calories from when my fitbit last synced. Thanks in advance

Should I slow it down?
Hi, Just looking for your opinions. 61 days in, and a loss of 2st 3lbs. Weigh in tomorrow. Is this too quick? Approx 1000-1300 calories per day. Don't eat back exercise calories. I have Shingles
Hey, So iv just been diagnosed with shingles. Exercise has had to stop as a result. I'm still committed to eating within my calorie limit. I doubt that will be a problem. Iv lots and lots and lots of meds. Anyone have it before and continue with mfp? Any advice/recommendations. Thanks
