I dont. I only eat around 12 to 1500 but that works for me. I feel full and have energy to get through my workouts and my day.

I used to drink kinda heavy on the weekends... once i stopped the first weekend i woke up and still felt hung over. It was horrible. I havent drank since the middle of august. Its still tempting on the weekends but i have stayed away.

Everytime the scale has stopped moving for me i see that i had lost a half an inch or something... i measure myself every month. But i know how frustrating it can be!

Sleeping is different... not as much cushion as there used to be! I agree about the clothing. Cant stand having to fix and adjust every time i get out of the car or stand up from sitting at a resturant.

I have the same problem. I have been drinking a lot of water when i wanna binge. Like to make me super full. Sometimes warm with lemon or super cold with lots of ice. Sometimes it really helps.

I moved and the mirrors and lighting is different in the new bathroom. Looked at myself about to hop in shower and was like eww.. gross.
