    Low carb a lot of water daily make that your think to drink no sodas ,we should do a challenge no junk food no soda drink only water for the month of august

    Consistency is key move more every day. Drink as much water as you can. Cut out processed foods and anything deep fried (my vice is French fries mmmmmm so good lol) remember even the littlest step forward is a step forward. And don't beat yourself up if you slip a little just get up and keep going. If it was easy no one would be on this site
