  • exercise? no calories? No tracked? yes this is my 3rd and last pass day. Have had a slow recovery from illness but will keep going. Not the greatest start but an accountability start nonetheless.
  • This is May 8 for me Exercise? yes, weak from flu but pushed myself to do some cleaning and walk to the store and back. Calories? Within allowable count, still low, but recovering Tracked? Yep. Appreciated getting the note of support yesterday. Will play that forward! One step at a time to get to fitness and health goals.
