Agreed.. my pink band seemed to take on some of the dye from my black winter coat and it started to look dingy after a few days. No fault of the companies at all in my opinion. They sent me a new black band for free without any questions. Very impressed!

I try to limit my sugar for sure. Not naturals sugar from fruit etc.. but anything extra. I find once I start, even if it's sugar in my coffee.. I want more. Same with diet sodas or sweeteners, so I just try to stay clear of them altogether.

I could of written exactly what you did. I feel like I'm working so hard and getting no where. I keep telling myself if I keep it up I will get where I want to be. In the meantime I'm feeling great and being good to my body by eating healthy and exercising. Hang in there!
