  • I just started my newest journey yesterday. I’ve gained 13lbs since January and want to get it off plus some. Working out has never been a problem for me but the nutrition always has been... focusing on that this time around. 🤞🏻 Starting weight-163lbs Oct 14,20 Goal weight end of Oct -159 lbs Goal weight -140lbs Oct…
  • I’ve been wondering this too. If I stay within my calorie goal it shouldn’t matter what I’m consuming right? I just worry about the sugar and how our body metabolizes alcohol vs food.
  • Great suggestions guys. Thanks. My activity has been way down during Covid as well. I’ve started working out again daily but my over all walking and movement is def down as well as wine and snack intake has been up.
  • LIT cardio was this am... yikes! But I did it. nutrition has always been my struggle so I am really trying to focus on it this time around. Not following BB plan but limiting myself to approx 1200 cals and whole foods. Feeing hopeful 😊
  • Day 4 of morning meltdown 100. Any one else tried this one and had success? This am was total body badass and I’m thankful it was only 27 minutes long. ;)
  • We are pretty much the same weight.. gained 13 lbs since January and feel yuck. Would love to be down 15 by xmas and then some more on the new year

  • He totally loves me the way I am.. I just had a vision of losing that final 15 lbs for the wedding and it hasn’t happened. It’s honestly more about the time in Mexico (bikinis!) than it is the wedding day. I know I’ve made progress and am happy and thankful for that... just wish it would have reflected on the scales as…
  • Amazing work!!!!
  • Add me! Turning 41 is May.. I’ve been try to list 10 to 15 lbs for what seems like forever. Have joined a gym and work with a trainer 2 days a week weight training. Have def gained some muscle mass over the last 5 months but need to lose the fat too! Feel like age and hormones (plus the wine I drink) are all working…
  • Would def recommend seeing a trainer for even just a couple sessions if nothing more. I to was intimidated by the free weights and the whole vibe in that part of the gym until I started with my trainer. Now that is our main focus during my sessions and it’s given me the confidence and knowledge to lift in my own too. It’s…
  • I used it along with other dvds of hers for months about 5 years ago. Loved it and I was in the best shape of my life when I finished.
  • I wear Lulu mostly but really don’t know what’s going on back there when I’m squatting. Haven’t put that much thought into it lol honestly don’t care as there isn’t much more flattering position to be in ;)
  • Sorry.. my goal was to lose about 10lbs and tone up :) now I'm up 5 more lbs! I am eating healthy making sure I have protein at every meal and keeping my calories low.. I try for 1200 per day but usually end up around 14-1600. And I wasn't counting during the holidays.. but also didn't gain over that time. I gained the…
  • I actually gain water weight during ovulation and not prior to or during my period. I have painful ovulation and terrible bloating... periods a breeze ;)
  • Ive been doing IF for a couple months and have to say I love it. I find it easy to stay in or around my calorie goal and I don't have to think about meal prep. I haven't lost a ton of weight on it.. maybe 6 lbs and it's slow coming off but I only have 9lbs to my goal and figure it should be slow at this point anyway. Plus…
  • I experienced similar symptoms. It made my depression and anxiety way worse. I was unable to control my moods at all... uncontrollable crying at the drop of a hat and actually had suicidal thoughts.. like a plan in my head and everything. So scary I stopped it immediately. I never lost any weight but didn't really have any…
  • I could of written this... except it has taken me a lot longer to lose the weight. Still have a few lbs left to go. The mirena was a nightmare for me.. I felt puffy and bloated and my acne was horrendous. Couldn't get rid of the thing quick enough and glad to be back in control of my body.
  • Ok. Glad I'm not the only one!
  • My pup loves to help me workout ;) lol
  • No obviously I was having a hard time eating at a deficit. I understand that's why I wasn't losing.. IF has helped me do that. I'm very healthy and aware of my body and this feels good and is working for me so I will continue. I'm not consciously trying to eat below my calorie goal it's just easy to do while IF.
  • Totally agree but IF works as a great tool to keep me under or at my calorie goal. I worked hard eating right and excersizing for months with little to no results. This has helped give me the boost I need to get the scale moving down and to keep me motivated.
  • Skinny jeans without a struggle to get into them
  • Speaking from experience with both sides of the relationship, it will not work. It's clear he doesn't trust you and probably never will. It's very difficult if not impossible to get that back once broken. Every little problem you have for the rest of your relationship those texts will be thrown in your face. Not to mention…
  • I started last week, not eating until about 1pm and finishing eating around 7. I lost 5lbs over the week.. gained 2 back on the weekend when I didn't really follow it and had some wine and I am already back down 1 this week following it again. Wish I had tried this years ago! I should add I try to focus on higher protein…
  • I got into the best shape of my life at 35. It's totally doable. I'm now 39 trying to get back to that shape... not gonna lie it's tougher this time around but still possible
  • I agree with both of those statements.. it does however help me keep within my calorie range for the day and makes me think less about food or wanting to eat actually... which in the end results in weight loss. I've been stuck losing only 4 lbs since beginning of January.. this week alone with IF I'm down 3 lbs ( I'm aware…
  • So for those that have had success.. how quick are you seeing results? On average what is your loss per week? Thx!
