Searching for Squat Proof Leggings!!

I am always searching for truly squat proof workout pants and would love some recommendations! After testing numerous brands, my preferred pants were the VS Knockout tight. However, I just ordered a bunch and it seems that the fabric has changed?! I don't mind spending some money (Lulu's, etc) if they are truly squat proof through multiple washings. I've had Nike and Under Armour that were not squat proof... but maybe I need to try a different style? I am curious about Gymshark, Myprotein, etc. And I know some people swear by Old Navy. Help! Please!!

do you mean squat proof as in they don't stretch so you can see your underwear? On squat day, I just wear comfortable sweats, cut off at the knees and i never have a problem with squats. I have a pair of zellas i squat in too but they slide down my waist and i dont like that, but they are comfortable to squat in and i've had them for several years and they are still like new.5

I've used leggings from Old Navy, Marshall's and TJ Maxx and they all hold up really well.2

I never put much thought into it. I wear old navy because they are affordable and last for years through hundreds of washing. Never really thought about how they perform for squats, but I guess they work, because I've never had a problem.0

The UK seems to have a lot of great workout gear!!0 -
As a thicc man I can testify you don't even need to wear underwear. They pass they stretch test and they have donuts on them0

My grrrl leggings and my hviii brand goods leggings both are pretty squat proof. That said, I've switched to bootie shorts (usually Fleo, sometimes Feed Me Fight Me) when I squat.3

I keep telling my wife just wear basketball shorts to lift or workout like me, but she said it makes her look like a lesbian... I don't get it lol3

I don't think I've ever had a see-through pair at all, but my favourite brands you can get at TJ Maxx and Marshall's and whatnot - Balance Collection (which I think is a Marika offshoot) and 90 Degrees by Reflex, of which I have about 8 pairs.1

Constantlyvariedgear.com has fun squat-proof leggings, too.1

The benefit is that I get hit on far less while wearing basketball shorts than when I wear pants or shorter running shorts. They're also like $5 in the Boys section of WalMart.10 -
The higher priced Champions from Target.0

The Hanes cotton lounge shorts I wear are as low as $2 at target every year on clearance around August.
I wear them over my compression leggings because I figure nobody wants to see what I'm twerkin with.4 -
Old Navy are my fave... 100% squat proof, affordable, and hold up well against daily/almost daily washings. Plus they make some cute styles/patterns!1

I second these - I get them on Amazon and have been rather impressed. They could be a bit roomier in the calf section but otherwise they're durable and not at all see through.1 -
Lulus are squat proof. Hand wash though. I will throw my older ones or the larger size 8s in the wash but not the good/newer ones.1

How are the HVIII brand leggings? Are they soft and flattering? Something just tells me Matt can't make leggings properly but I guess he probably had help.2 -
I wear Lulu mostly but really don’t know what’s going on back there when I’m squatting. Haven’t put that much thought into it lol honestly don’t care as there isn’t much more flattering position to be in3

I have some Cheshire Cat ones from Lotus Leggings with a huge smile across the *kitten*. Smile gets wider when I squat...2

Old Navy 300%. I have 7 or 9 pairs of old navy.. all are squatproof. One pair is even light grey! I have a few pairs of C9 from target. They're squatproof but have not stood the test of time. Joylab from target .. i only found 1 pair to be squatproof.
My current ride-or-die faves are these: http://oldnavy.gap.com/browse/product.do?cid=1031033&pcid=1031032&vid=1&pid=428194002 They have the perfect compression, perfect rise, and I get compliments on the pattern all the time.1 -

I'm a lesbian and I would not be caught dead in basketball shorts. But your wife is correct- basketball shorts are practically a rainbow flag.

I don't think you have to. I prefer to. Worth it to me because the look and feel amazing. Totally get why you wouldn't be into it though.1 -

Oh it read like they have handwash labels!
I don't tumble dry any of my workout stuff and lay it all flat to dry. I like it enough to be mindful0 -
Love my fabletics, and they have held up through some ABUSE.0

How are they for running? I find some leggings slip down and I end up having to yank them up every 10 seconds...0
