Iβm not sure why 182, it just seems like a good number to remove some of the extra puffiness I feel on a daily basis, get me out of the βobeseβ BMI category, and make me feel like Iβm actually doing some good with my diet and fitness plan. (8lb weight loss goal)
Mid term goal weight: 168
Last time I dieted, I got down to where I was averaging high 160s and I felt SO GOOD. My body felt so healthy. Iβm ready for that again. (22lb weight loss goal)
Long term goal weight: 154
Apparently this is what would put me in the βnormalβ BMI weight range. Iβm not into the BMI scale, but Iβve always wanted to try to touch 150, so to be close to that goal and be considered normal on a weight scale would make me feel pretty good. I think I could chill around the lower end of 150s and feel pretty healthy and satisfied. (36lb weight loss goal)2 -

Current Weight : 360 October 13,2020 *Which was my 41st birthday)
Goal For October: 3 to 10 more pounds (5 is a happy medium too)
Goal to meet by January 1st 2020 is : 330/340.. Hopeful I can reach it!
My first Goal was 10 pounds,, from August 3rd to the 28 if September 28th I lost 17! So far from September 28 to October 13th Ive lost 3... I got to do this.0
