I am starting this late in the month. Just weighed myself after a long time and I have gained over 10 lbs in a short while. Starting at one of my highest weights...again!! Want to try and be down 15lbs by Christmas!
October 13: 164 lbs
October 14: 164 lbs
October 15: 165 lbs - the highest I've been in 3 years. I just don't understand what's going on.
October 16: 162.6 lbs - water I think
October 17: 163.6 - I binged late night on chips and cake. I don't seem to be able to break the nightly binges

I just weighed myself on my new scale this morning. It's gonna be tempting to weigh myself every day but I think I'm going to stick to one a week for sanity's sake. I'm already being really meticulous about my food!

Waist measurement (at belly button): 32.5 in. Last time I checked it was 35 so making progress!
Since I've already almost made it to October's goal weight of 150, I'm gonna move that to 149.5 for end of October.
I haven't been eating all of my 1720 calories but I'm going to start so that I'm not being too aggressive.

It seems particularly true for me that diet is more important than exercise. Reading ingredients, weighing portions and tracking calorie intake appears to be having a significant positive effect.
I have not been to the gym since 15 Oct due to a slight knee injury but I have made a point to do a 20 min walk after each meal.

I just started my newest journey yesterday. Iβve gained 13lbs since January and want to get it off plus some. Working out has never been a problem for me but the nutrition always has been... focusing on that this time around. π€π»
