Ketogenics has changed my life. It takes commitment but it's amazing. I was 280 this time last year. I hit 215 today. 40 of those lbs were shed since keto and in the past 3 months. Be determined and you will succeed.

For sure. I tried the 16:8 and had a hell of a time fitting all my food in an 8hr window. I'm still learning to manage my miniscule appetite in comparison to my old one. I enjoy the challenge and opportunity to learn though.

It's also worth mentioning I find MFP to have a pretty accurate cal suggestion when you enter your goals and vitals.

You are making a mistake I did particularly with regards to intermittent fasting. You really need to shoot for closer to 1700 cal for men and 1500 for womem on eat days and don't exceed 500 on fast days. Find a good online BMR calculator and always shoot to be around 300-500 cal less than your BMR per day. I eat 1800 on M…
