Wow! Ur an awesome mom!!!! Wish I could help u out, i work full time but am able to get sleep. I workout early morning before the sun is up. Happy to hear u are getting some workouts in.

Awesome goals, I am a runner too and dream of that pace. Just hit 30 min 5k and I am training for my 4th half in May. I do yoga to, you tube has great yoga for runners videos.
