Thanks everyone I will take this all on board. My vice is choc. Like I could buy a box of chocolate brevitas before and eat the lot. I've actually done that before. I'll crack it. Only had dark choc today and a couple of dark chocolate nairs wheat free biscuit things.

Thank you. It's hard. I think if I allow myself one binge a week where I eat what I want without feeling guilty then it might help. The fruit gum etc just makes my cravings worse. I'm definitely all or nothing when it comes to sugar. Bit similar how I am with alcohol. That's why I rarely drink because I just want more. So…

Yeah I really have to get mine under control too before my surgery as not been able to exercise will be challenging for me as it keeps me a float. Best of luck on your journey

It confuses the hell out of me. Maybe I need to get some help for my goals off personal trainer at gym. I need someone to sit down with me and help me I think cause I suck lol

Yeah I want a killer bod, one I can look in mirror and go wow, super proud, confident, healthy and even more happy. It's achievable but harder to achieve when your life has no routine like mine

Great reasons!. I've been through a lot but my body is still going strong and the stronger and healthier I get, I get more confidence, more energy, the list goes on. I'm doing this because I deserve to feel the best I possibly can x

Just subscribed to YouTube channels. I think I'm too busy at the minute to go cold turkey off sugar. I find that certain times during the month and tiredness makes me a total sugar beast who needs her fix. I've just had some homemade veg soup there and it's stopped craving
