I'm Kate. I'm a low volt electrician and work two full time jobs. I'm also the mom of a very active little five year old! I've never been a fast runner, but I have dug deep to run for quite a while. Lately, I'm trying to get back into being active.

Thanks. It's just getting back into healthy habits and getting my weight back down. All the extra weight and crappy food has gotten me feeling really rundown. That, and the lack of sleep!
