Side salads with fat free or low cal dressing; baked fries (slice or cut potatoes sprinkle with pepper and bake); multi grain bread with spray butter instead of regular butter. Hope this gives you some ideas.

I too had extra weight in my belly area. I have been working out to Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred and my belly fat has gone down quite a bit. I still have a ways to go but I see results. It will not happen overnight but it is worth it to stick with a plan that is working. Hope this helps.

Any kind of tomatoes sliced-put on cookie sheet, sprinkle a little olive oil on them with some type of seasoning (i.e., italian seasoning), bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!

I am not losing weight for a special occasion but I am 5'1-3/4" also and I started MFP April 17, 2010 and to date have lost 32 pounds. Tomorow is my weigh-in day so it may be more along the lines of 34 pounds lost. :) So, you can do it!! :)

Subway-Orchard Chicken salad on honey oat with spinach leaves, onions and whatever veggies you want. Yum!!

I'm not sure what I am having for dinner tonight but last night I had a boneless chicken breast on the grill with bi-color sweet corn on the cob and a side salad with raspberry vinigarette. It was sooo good!!!:smile: :smile:

Baby carrots or a variety of veggies with fat free or lite veggie dip. Also, instead of regular chips there is Baked Lays that are healthier.
