There are many online. Or ask chatgpt… it'll come up with one for you.

It's normal for that to happen. After the dust settles, after everyone else gets back to their "normal" lives, when the time of crisis is over and the rest of the world has moved on. That's when the depression has a chance to set in. There's no way out but through. I found going to the gym helped. I went for an hour every…

This is a lifelong thing, not an "until I reach x weight" thing. You will always fluctuate plus or minus 5 pounds. And you will always have off days/weeks. The key is to never give up. Having a bad week is just that: a week. So you get up today and get back to it. You have the rest of your life.

Look into fat free creamer. International delight and coffeemate both offer fat free versions of their creamer. As others have said, get used to looking at labels in the store. Check your own options. Google things your interested in checking. As you get to know what's at your local store, it becomes much easier. You'll…

Yes, I did. It means you burn more calories on average than MFP thinks you do based off their calculations.

Cut calories and keep losing weight. Abs are made in the kitchen (ie by eating less food) not in the gym. If you already have a 6 pack though, I have to wonder how realistic your goals are. That sort of physique is generally unsustainable as it requires too low body fat.

Your doctor is right. Definitely drink plenty of water and keep an eye on your bowel movements. GLP drugs can cause intestinal paralysis in rare cases.

This is going to sound mean, but I'm telling you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Losing weight costs less than maintaining or especially gaining weight. Buy less groceries. Eat less. Go on a walk. All these things will actually cost you LESS than what you are doing right now. But y'all don't want to hear…

You can be an unmotivated picky eater and lose weight. Just eat less than you are currently eating. That doesn't involve new foods nor do you have to "do" anything. In fact, it's not doing something. I.E not eating as much food. Less cooking, less chewing, less work.

It's neither. It is a prescription medication that may decrease your appetite and help you lose weight, which studies suggest you will quickly regain if you ever stop the medication. I am not for or against it, it works for some people.

I think if it works for you and you could live the rest of your life that way, great. If you have any history of binge behavior, it's a terrible idea. I tried limiting myself to an 8 hour eating window and ended up going on massive binge during my "eating" time. And don't be fooled, you can absolutely eat 5000 calories in…

It's all about how many calories you eat. Your body will store excess calories as fat... whether they come from fat, protein, or carbs. Some foods may keep you feeling fuller for longer, but your body will still store any excess as fat (even if you're not hungry).

You can't. You just have to lose weight all over. Reduce your calories, eat less.

Sandwich. It's a classic away from home lunch for a reason.

By 5 years it is common to experience weight gain. By this point your stomach has stretched out, allowing you to eat more food again. Your best bet in my opinion is start getting serious right now about tracking all your food and making sure you stick to your calorie limit. If not, you risk regaining most, if not all, of…

It's a well known side affect of it.

Sure, but I can also bemoan the reality that someone who weighs 200 pounds will burn 2 to 3 times more calories than me just walking. The reality is we're all different, with different bodies, so really, bemoaning a slow metabolism is unhelpful at best. There are other factors that affect our caloric intake much more.

Popcorn. Any kind of fruit or vegetable you please. Beef jersey. Hard boiled eggs. Deli meat. You may have to change your concept of what "snack" means. Think of it as a mini meal in between meals.

Getting the right dose can be a challenge and takes time. It's definitely important to get regular blood tests to see where you fall in the normal range while figuring it out.

"I've been trying everything but I don't feel like i'm doing good enough or that i could be doing better." This statement stood out to me. It's an indicator that you are not recovered from your ed, are still struggling, and are falling down the rabbit hole. Nobody else can tell you what to do, but this has a bright neon…

There's a lot of pro ED content on MFP, it's just that the pro ED community has learned how to code it. I.e. "anyone else having trouble managing to eat all of ther allotted 1000 calories?" Or "I weigh 95 lbs, but am still skinny fat! How do I lean out?". Reading do much diet talk on its own can be very triggering for…

Do you weigh/measure all your food? Exercise can cause you to retain water, which can hide fat loss on the scale. Don't stop, it's good for you, just know you might not see your fat loss on the scale for a couple weeks

Many women in menopause will develop a potbelly due to redistribution of fat due to hormone changes, if that's is the case for you. Either way, the only solution is to drop calories a bit further. And you may never have a tiny waist just due to genetics.
-
It sounds like you may have only been consistently weighing and tracking yesterday, and before that you seemed to be a bit more.... loose on it? If that's true, you need to give it a couple weeks of being really consistent about weighing everything. You may find you've been eating more than you thought.

Bacon, potato chips, cheetos, cupcakes, milk chocolate (I can eat dark chocolate in reasonable amounts).

Agreed.

I use probably a couple tablespoons worth in my tea every day. Not saying people shouldn't eat it, but technically speaking, it's an added sugar.

The FDA disagrees with you.

Honey is natural, but is considered added sugar. Maple syrup is considered natural, but is also considered added sugar. Natural doesn't automatically mean good or no added ingredients. Whole foods generally will not have added sugar.

I heard on the news yesterday that the compounding pharmacies are being forced to stop producing Terzepatide now.
