                Pumkin is THE most OVER RATED flavor and needs to STOP. Gingerbread is way better. Pineapple on pizza. Coming from an Italian/ Siciliano... just NO! IT IS BLASPHEMY AGAINST PIZZA Real pizza in Italy is not pizza here. In the states the ONLY good pizza is in New York.

                Some people, not all, do better with certain food combinations. I for one feel much better with fruit on an empty stomach.

                I honestly do very well compared to my younger years. I have things in portions and weigh and have added things that I swore off. That alone mitigates the urgency. When you/ I realize you CA have ANYTHING you want to eat it lessens the intensity. Thanks for all the feedback and more sharing is welcome! Peanut butter is aβ¦

                I ate it a LOT as a kid and teen. I got tired of feeling like crap/ bloated sick after eating it. I do have one, a white pizza from a place called Manny and Olga,s in Washinggton DC, Georgetown. oMG π I would not eat it now as a cegan but man if they did have a vegan fluten free one i probably might...lol

                I honestly do not enjoy pizza. Even a gluten free vegan white, which would be what I would eat is not a temptation. I feel so crappy after eating pizza, even way within my calories that I stopped liking it.

                Do whatever amounts you want. I used 300 grams cauliflower and cup slmond milk. I have low sodium so I add himilaya sea salt. Then couple packets of truvia. I microwaved cauliflower, added milk and heat again few minutes

                Lol last?? Hmm I know for me it rotates and phases... tahini has been mine but I went and got rid of most of it anyway It was squeezable. Not good. All oil separated and good stuff would not mix. So if I get it again it will be a jar that can be mixed

                Cauliflower minced, riced in Vanilla Almond milk, Stevia and pinch of salt! I saw a recipe for " cauliflower oats" with both mixed together. I just used cauliflower. Its pretty darn good π

                I had a Key Lime pie that was insanely amazing years ago, a friend of mine's mom from South Carolina made. Key Lime over Lemon merangue 100x I like fruitcake ( don't eat it though) Cake batter is awesome but cake is empty feeling Same with brownie batter although gooey brownies are good.                 Small baked potato or sweet potato, carrots/ broccoli/ cauliflower, Beet chips/,buttelettuce and iceberg great for crinch, air popped popcorn. Kale chips, mushroom caps, herbal, chai, vanilla decaf tea with coconut milk. Sugar free jello! Lol Protein powder is my go to at night.
