Sprouted oats are excellent, I would suggest adding healthy fat like flax, chia, seeds or nuts. This will be filling and fiber filled.

YES! I like the Sunwarrior chocolate vegan collagen builder. Plnt by Vitamin Shoppe is very good too. I just got a protein from Cho Cho, its new- I also just got Turvani peanut butter flavor but haven:t tried it yet

I would say start with drinking enough water. Then maybe have foods like sweet potatoes, bananas, prunes and figs. What foods are causing constipation?

I would get multigrain if it's vegan, IDK, I never eat out but I would get 6inch multi grain, mustard, all the veggies and pickles.

I eat the way I plan on eating as lifestyle so to me yes! It makes sense. It can take a bit more time to loose but from my experience it stays off because you are consistent.
