Should you weight pumpkins raw or cooked ?

By 'cooked,' I meant boiled and then fried in a pan without oil.

I always do raw. The variations in cooking methods and water content will vary too much to be as accurate

If you weigh raw, use a raw food entry. If you weigh cooked, use a cooked food entry.

I weigh most things raw, because one person's cooked can differ from another person's (different cooked weight for the same raw weight).
But some things vary so little that I sometimes weigh them cooked (basmati rice, potatoes...).
