Should you weight pumpkins raw or cooked ?

tbh i normally weigh my food after it’s cooked not sure how you’re actually supposed to do it tho0

I always do raw. The variations in cooking methods and water content will vary too much to be as accurate0

If you weigh raw, use a raw food entry. If you weigh cooked, use a cooked food entry.
I weigh most things raw, because one person's cooked can differ from another person's (different cooked weight for the same raw weight).
But some things vary so little that I sometimes weigh them cooked (basmati rice, potatoes...).0
