Only coffee so far. So good.
Overdid the protein yesterday so may not be very hungry today.1 -
Pb toast, caffeinated coffee with chocolate whey protein powder, topped with whip.
Found a decaf coffee to try later, in hopes it won't keep me up at night like if i drink regular after noonish.4 -

My regular: coffee, steel-cut oats sweetened with a mixture of dried plums, dates, and figs, topped with blueberries and walnuts. It delicious! Lately I've been adding tablespoon of whey powder to get my protein numbers up.1

The other half of my Sonic bacon burrito. So good! But I'm still hungry. After my second cup of coffee I'll decide what's next--maybe a rice cake with whipped cream cheese.1

I woke up really early and deseeded a cup of muscadines we found yesterday, and made a muscadine sauce(blended up muscadine skins,pulp, maple syrup, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla, tiny bit apple cider vinegar boiled and simmered for an hour) to put over French toast.

It is so good, reminds me a little of making homemade cranberry sauce except have to deseed every lttle muscadine..My daughter convinced me to go with her and find another cup or so of them yesterday!
