    We tried a new breakfast place. I had 2 eggs, scrambled, half of a large chicken and pork smoked breakfast sausage and 4 or 5 bites of what they called "dressed greens" which was oil and vinegar on room temp romaine lettuce, lol

    oatmeal - 1/2 cup of steel oats, 1 tsp of truvia brown sugar, and half of a small apple chopped for topping, oh and a black coffee with a splash of protein milk.

    Hungry today and appointment at noon, so knew I'd have a late lunch.
    Dunkin egg and cheese wake up wrap, mini bagel bites (I think they're huge. Kinda like jumbo shrimp).
    Coffee with milk. Cool and sprinkles this morning. 😎
