    oatmeal - 1/2 cup of steel oats, 1 tsp of truvia brown sugar, and half of a small apple chopped for topping, oh and a black coffee with a splash of protein milk.

    sw ham & peppers 2 egg omelette, wrapped in 2 taco sized corn tortillas, topped with salsa & sour cream, chocolate protein powder in coffee.

    Hungry today and appointment at noon, so knew I'd have a late lunch.
    Dunkin egg and cheese wake up wrap, mini bagel bites (I think they're huge. Kinda like jumbo shrimp).
    Coffee with milk. Cool and sprinkles this morning. 😎
