Oatmeal Crisp with almonds, Almond milk, MF breakfast patty. Not as much protein as yesterday - hopefully it will sustain me until lunch.

Lemon meringue Chobani flip. Nice change. Not very filling. No bang for your buck-health wise.

My husband really likes those as an afternoon treat. “No bang for your buck” but it does get a little dairy into his body, which is more difficult with his dementia.

My breakfast today was Nature’s Path Gluten Free Spiced Apple and Flax

The last packet in the box. It was so good that I tried to remember which store I bought it at. Can’t remember so I’m going to search for it.
And let y’all here know just how good it is.
They don’t skimp on the apples!
170 calories/31 carbs. Really delicious and, as my mom used to say “sticks to your ribs!”
(translation: you don’t get hungry an hour later)

We tried a new breakfast place. I had 2 eggs, scrambled, half of a large chicken and pork smoked breakfast sausage and 4 or 5 bites of what they called "dressed greens" which was oil and vinegar on room temp romaine lettuce, lol
