Been in fitness for 40 years and have studied kinesiology and nutrition2 -
On Sundays I go to Waffle House and have scrambled eggs, hash browns, toast, and bacon. During the week, I eat healthy. Sundays are treat days.3

Basically on the daily now, I have a14oz mug of decaf coffee with 3 pumps of sugar Free syrup (salted Caramel, hazelnut, cinnamon dolce, rarely vanilla) and either 20ml half and half or 45ml 2% fairlife milk, depending on some factors, with 20g powdered collagen mixed in.0

170g of BetterGoods whole milk greek yogurt , 170g Great Value lite vanilla greek yogurt 48g Great Value peanut powder for dip. 242g of red delicious apple slices to scoop with. Fills the massive peanut butter craving at around 540 kcal.3

I had an iced protein Coffee... 55 grams of protein. Includes the Chike Mocha High Protein coffee 20 g, a splash of peppermint extract, my Collagen Peptides 10 g and a scoop of unflavored protein 25 g.1

Another sleepless night. McDonald's for coffee only. Then home for a ham and cheese hot pocket. Haven't had a hot pocket in 10 or 15 years. May be another 10 or 15 before I have another. But I guess someone likes them. They're still around.2
