    Avocado toast later-just purchased another bag.
    Hot and humid, here, lately. I tend to lose my appetite and drink and extra 500 calories per day in sweet tea.😅

    3 cups of coffee with creamer (one with sugar)
    2 rice cakes with avocado and over easy eggs
    1 honeycrisp apple
    1 bag of steamed broccoli
    mixed nuts

    900 calories

    Dunkin omelet bites. Can't recommend them. Was still hungry after.

    Coffee with 1% milk and sugar at 4 a.m.
    Then oatmeal and blueberries at 6.

    My usual for months has been 3 lite toast with peanut butter but I need to slow down on the amount of peanut butter. :( My dog is not happy. :/

    I planned to do a quick smoothie on the way to work but ended up sleeping through my workout so I took my time and had a nice breakfast of eggs, chicken sausage, spinach, and berries

    10 am Dunkin egg and cheese wake up wrap, donut, iced blueberry coffee (probably the last time).
    Water aerobics and hot weather, yard work is really messing with my appetite and healthy habits.

    I had a smoothie in my nutribullet with apple, carrot, apple pie flavoured protein powder and collagen. One cup of instant coffee with a little bit of skim milk and sugar. I think i will have oatmeal and protein powder tomorrow though
